1. Shipping Information:

At ONONSWITCH, we proudly offer free standard delivery services worldwide. Please note that we do not deliver to postal boxes, military and restricted areas, all military ports, and Jurong Island.

Experience global free delivery with our standard logistics, ensuring fast, timely, and secure delivery of your items. Standard logistics typically takes 6-15 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, contact us using the online form, and expedited shipping fees will incur an additional 30%.

2. Order Status and Tracking:

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse in China within 3 business days of confirming payment. A confirmation email will be sent for all orders received.

After dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email with the order number and logistics tracking number. You can easily check and track the delivery status of your order online.

If no one is available to receive the package, an additional redelivery fee may apply. Provide your contact number at checkout for the courier company to reach you in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping:

For all international deliveries, the standard shipping time is 6-15 days. The required time depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates, varying by country. Rest assured, your order has been safely delivered, and you can track its status here.

4. Tax, Duties, and Customs:

For all international orders, you are required to pay all import taxes, duties, and customs fees (if applicable) according to the applicable laws in your country/region to clear customs.
