Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Items must be unused and in their original condition. Fully customized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Return

  1. Email contact@ononswitch.com with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. We will respond within 5 business days to approve or deny your request.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
